A hand, wherever you land.
Let's get you connected.
A few useful answers before your next adventure.
Check your device first
Check your phone's cellular settings for “Add eSIM” or “Add mobile plan,” and confirm eSIM support for your exact model and sales region with its manufacturer. Also confirm that your carrier has unlocked the device. A visible EID can help identify eSIM support, but it does not confirm carrier-unlocked status.
We don't use a static device list: regional variations and carrier restrictions can make it misleading.
How do I install an eSIM?
Connect to reliable Wi-Fi. Open My eSIMs in your account and follow the instructions for your phone. In your cellular settings, choose Add eSIM or Add mobile plan, then scan the QR code from another screen. Manual SM-DP+ and activation details are also provided. Menu names vary by manufacturer and operating system version.
Can I use a QR code on the same phone?
Some phones let you import an eSIM QR image from photos; others require another screen. You can also use the manual installation details in your account. Never share your QR code or upload it to a public QR-reading website.
When does my plan start?
Read the activation policy on the plan page before purchasing. Depending on the supplier, validity can start at purchase, installation, or first connection to a supported destination network. Installing early is not appropriate for every plan.
I paid, but my eSIM is still processing.
Payment and eSIM provisioning are separate steps. Some suppliers take several minutes to assign a profile. Your account displays the current order state. Do not buy the same plan again just because delivery is delayed. Contact support with your order number when an order needs review.
My eSIM is installed but has no internet.
Make sure you are inside the plan's coverage area, select the travel eSIM for mobile data, and apply its APN and data-roaming instructions. Disable data roaming on your home SIM unless you intend to pay your home carrier's roaming charges. Try airplane mode briefly. Do not delete the eSIM while troubleshooting.
How current is the data-usage reading?
Readings come from the supplier and can be delayed. Your eSIM page shows when usage was last checked. A missing reading means unavailable, not zero remaining data. Supplier status and network records take precedence over the dashboard estimate.
Does my eSIM include calls, texts, or a phone number?
This store sells data-only travel plans. Standard cellular calls, SMS and a local telephone number are not included. Internet-based calling apps may work where supported by the network and local rules.
Can I top up, cancel, or request a refund?
This version does not sell top-ups. You can purchase a new plan. For a refund, open the relevant order and submit a request; eligibility depends on the published refund policy, supplier status, and applicable law. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Still need a hand?
Include your order number and device model. Never send your password or full payment card details.
